A show got cancelled. How can I get a refund?
If you purchased directly from Ticketmaster either over the phone, via the Ticketmaster website or the Ticketmaster app, refunds will be processed back onto the card used to purchase. Please note, Ticketmaster is currently looking at a 14-21-day turnaround for refunds. If you purchased directly from the box office, you will need to bring your ticket directly to the box office to receive your refund. Our box office is currently closed and hope to reopen soon. I bought a ticket from someone else/off a third-party website and now the show is cancelled. Can I get a refund?
If you purchased from someone other than the venue or Ticketmaster directly, you will need to go back to the place/person of purchase to receive your refund. Please reach out to the website or person you purchased from for more information.
