At this time, we are following CDC Guidelines as it pertains to Covid 19. Masks are highly recommended for those vaccinated and not vaccinated. At this time, we are not requiring proof of vaccination. You can follow us on Facebook for future updates as it pertains to Covid 19. Our staff here at the Arena are working diligently to get information to all fans as soon as we receive it. Fans who have purchased tickets for events that are rescheduled will receive additional information via email.

When a show gets rescheduled, will the tickets I already purchased still be valid?
Yes! All tickets for previously scheduled events will be valid at the new dates. For more information regarding our venue policy on refunds, please click here.
A show got cancelled. How can I get a refund?
If you purchased directly from Ticketmaster either over the phone, via the Ticketmaster website or the Ticketmaster app, refunds will be processed back onto the card used to purchase. Please note, Ticketmaster is currently looking at a 14-21-day turnaround for refunds. If you purchased directly from the box office, you will need to bring your ticket directly to the box office to receive your refund. Our box office is currently closed and hope to reopen soon. Please follow social media for information regarding box office hours.
I bought a ticket from someone else/off a third-party website and now the show is cancelled. Can I get a refund?
If you purchased from someone other than the venue or Ticketmaster directly, you will need to go back to the place/person of purchase to receive your refund. Please reach out to the website or person you purchased from for more information.
Are your box office hours affected?
