What are our box office hours?

Monday-Friday: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Event Days: Varies

What is our weapons policy?

No weapons (firearms, knives, etc.) will be allowed on the premise at any time regardless of a permit. This includes pocketknives. All patrons will be required to go through a metal detector upon building entrance during public events.

Do you have special needs accommodations?

Oshkosh Arena accommodates for ADA needs. The entrance for ADA parking is located on South Park Avenue and is identified with a “Handicap” sign. Please contact oshkosh@venuworks.com or call (920) 641-5942.

Where is first-aid?

First-aid is located at guest services in the northwest hallway by the Gate B entrance.

Is there a re-entry policy?

Oshkosh Arena will only grant re-entry at the discretion of Oshkosh Arena management. For guests with disabilities, health concerns or dietary restrictions, exceptions can be made.

Do we provide tours?

Oshkosh Arena provides tours for those looking to book a private event. Please contact Amanda for tour details.

How do I get my business promoted at the Arena?

A wide array of sponsorship opportunities are available to local businesses and vendors looking to forge a partnership that offers ample advertising exposure, while also supporting Arena operations. Please contact Maria for any questions related to sponsorships. 

Are there ways nonprofit groups can partner/raise funds?

Yes! We very much want to support local nonprofit groups who have the capacity to staff concession stands during Herd games. Groups will need a minimum of 6 volunteers and no more than 8 able to work a shift of 4.5 hours. Groups will receive 10% of gross sales plus tips at their concession location. Where can I eat before or after the Arena event?

The Oshkosh Arena’s Bar 1212 is an excellent place to enjoy food and drinks on event days. Enter through Gate D. Various concession stands also provide snacks and lighter fare during events and will often be staffed by local nonprofit organizations looking to earn funding for their causes.
